A One-of-a-Kind Shooting Experience

Whether you've always been curious or you're a seasoned shooter looking for something new, the "Full Auto Experience" puts you behind some of the most exciting forced reset trigger firearms available — safely, legally, and with expert guidance every step of the way.

Class Size And Your Instructor

Because of the nature of this subject, class size is limited to only one or two participants. This allows your instructor, a certified Chief Range Safety Officer, to give you individualized attention and instruction while maintaining a safe range experience.

"Full-Auto Experience" With An FRT Rifle

30 minutes in the classroom. Up to 1 hour on the range.

Curious about full-automatic rifles or forced-reset triggers but never had the chance to try them? This short class is built for beginners and experienced shooters alike.

Classroom (≈ 30 minutes)

A clear, no-nonsense briefing that covers:

  • What full-auto and FRT rifles are
  • How they work (and how they're different)
  • The key safety rules that matter most with high rates of fire
  • A straightforward look at the legal landscape

No prior experience required. No jargon overload. Just the essentials so you know what you're handling and why safety comes first.

Range Time (up to 1 hour)

On an outdoor private range, under direct supervision, you'll:

  • Practice safe handling
  • Learn proper loading and unloading
  • Understand and practice proper stance
  • Shoot live fire in a controlled setting

Short, focused, and supervised the entire time. You'll leave with real experience—not just a lecture.

Who It's For

Anyone who wants a safe, structured introduction to full-auto or FRT rifles. Perfect if you've only shot semi-autos, or if you're simply curious and want to do it the right way.

Good to Know

This is a non-NRA awareness and familiarization course. Laws vary by location—this class does not provide legal advice or authorize ownership. Safety is non-negotiable; everyone on the range follows the same rules. Eye and ear protection is required (can be supplied if needed).  Since the private range is outdoors for this class, adverse weather may cause the live-fire portion to be rescheduled.

What to Expect

Safety Briefing

Every session begins with a thorough safety briefing covering range rules, firearm handling, and what to expect during your experience.

Hands-On Instruction

Your instructor will walk you through proper stance, grip, and trigger control before you ever touch the firearm.

Live-Fire Time

Get behind the firearm and experience what full-auto fire feels like firsthand using Forced Reset Trigger (FRT) firearms — controlled bursts, proper technique, and pure excitement.

Supervised Throughout

Your instructor, a certified Chief Range Safety Officer, is with you at all times on the range to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Requirements

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and must submit a legible scan or photo of their driver's license or other state/federal issued identification prior to the class, or present that identification in person at the beginning of the classroom portion of the class
  • Participants must submit payment prior to the scheduled class date and complete a liability waiver at the beginning of the class.
  • Students must use eye and ear protection for the live-fire portion of the class. If the participant does not own either, your instructor will supply them for use at the range.
  • All ammunition used will be supplied by the instructor only — no student-supplied ammo can be used with rental firearms.  If your selected firearm is unavailable, for any reason, at the time of the range portion of the class, the participant will be offered the opportunity to select another firearm option or to reschedule the range time.

Auto-Ordnance Thompson 1927A1 (with FRT)

Experience the legendary "Tommy Gun" — the iconic Auto-Ordnance Thompson 1927A1, a faithful modern semi-automatic replica of the classic 1920s design. Chambered in .45 ACP, this carbine captures the look and feel of the original "Chicago Typewriter," complete with finned barrel, Cutts compensator, and classic walnut furniture. Designed by Gen. John T. Thompson near the end of World War I as a "trench broom," the Thompson became famous during Prohibition as the weapon of choice for gangsters and lawmen alike, then served extensively with U.S. forces in World War II. You've seen it in countless films and shows, including Scarface (1932), The Untouchables, Public Enemies, Boardwalk Empire, and numerous WWII movies. The rate of fire for this firearm is approximately 1100+ RPM (Rounds Per Minute). This Firearm is a SBR (Short Barrel Rifle). Our rental is equipped with an FRT (Forced Reset Trigger) for a faster, more engaging rate of fire while remaining fully semi-automatic and legal. Traditional "iron sights" are used for aiming at your target.

FN PS90 (with FRT)

FN PS90 (with FRT)

Step into the future with the FN PS90 — the civilian semi-automatic version of FN Herstal's groundbreaking P90 Personal Defense Weapon. Chambered in the high-velocity 5.7x28mm cartridge and built in a compact bullpup design with its signature top-mounted translucent magazine, this futuristic carbine was engineered in the late 1980s to give military and security personnel a lightweight, armor-piercing alternative to traditional submachine guns. The original P90 entered production in 1990 and quickly found favor with special forces and law enforcement agencies worldwide, including the U.S. Secret Service. The PS90 arrived for civilian shooters in 2005 with a longer barrel and semi-auto-only operation while retaining the same space-age looks and handling. You've almost certainly seen it on screen: it's the iconic "Stargate gun" carried by the SG-1 team throughout Stargate SG-1, and it also appears in The World Is Not Enough (James Bond), The Hunger Games, I, Robot, and numerous other films, TV shows, and video games. The rate of fire for this firearm is approximately 950+ RPM (Rounds Per Minute). This firearm is a SBR (Short Barrel Rifle). Our rental is equipped with an FRT (Forced Reset Trigger) for significantly faster follow-up shots while remaining fully semi-automatic and legal. A red dot sight is used for rapid target acquisition.

AK-47 Zastava M70 (with FRT)

Experience the rugged reliability of the Zastava M70 — Serbia's (formerly Yugoslavia's) iconic take on the legendary AK-47. Chambered in 7.62x39mm, this battle-proven rifle was developed by Zastava Arms in the 1960s through reverse-engineering of the Soviet AK-47 after Yugoslavia refused to join the Warsaw Pact. Officially adopted in 1970 as the standard infantry weapon of the Yugoslav People's Army, the M70 is known for its reinforced construction (including a thicker receiver and bulged trunnion on later models) and built-in ability to launch rifle grenades. It saw extensive combat use during the Yugoslav Wars of the 1990s and has appeared in conflicts worldwide ever since. You've likely spotted it on screen in films such as American Sniper, The Dark Knight Rises, Behind Enemy Lines, No Man's Land, and many other movies and TV shows depicting Balkan conflicts or modern warfare. Our rental is equipped with an FRT (Forced Reset Trigger) for faster follow-up shots while remaining fully semi-automatic and legal. A red dot sight is used for rapid target acquisition.

Designed as a no-frills yet highly capable modern sporting rifle, it quickly became a favorite among civilian shooters and law enforcement agencies for its accuracy, durability, and parts compatibility with standard AR components. Later refined into the popular Tread series, the M400 offers excellent customization potential while maintaining the clean handling and performance SIG is known for. You've seen similar AR-platform rifles (and the M400 itself) in action on screen in shows like The Walking Dead (used by the Saviors) and films such as Bad Boys for Life and Peppermint. The rate of fire for this firearm is approximately 650+ RPM (Rounds Per Minute). Zenith previously imported excellent Turkish-made MP5 clones built on original HK tooling; since 2021 they have manufactured the ZF-5 entirely in the United States. Chambered in 9mm, this short-barreled "K" (Kurz) version delivers the classic roller-delayed blowback action in a highly maneuverable package ideal for close-quarters use, while incorporating modern manufacturing improvements and a cold hammer-forged barrel.
